suspension terms "summer" in tax income statement

Any period of time of suspension of 45 days between August 1 and September 15 (inclusive) valgono anche ai fini tributari, non solo in materia processuale civile e penale.
Il riferimento normativo é la legge 742/1969.
Ricordo che l'interruzione é solo in materia processuale; i versamenti dovuti all'Erario non subiscono pertanto alcuna interruzione.
Questo il testo dell'art. 1 della citata legge.

Legge 7 ottobre 1969, n. 742. Sospensione dei termini processuali nel periodo feriale, pubblicata nella Gazzetta Ufficiale 6 novembre 1969, n. 281.

Art. 1. 1. Il decorso dei termini processuali relativi alle giurisdizioni ordinarie ed a quelle amministrative è sospeso di diritto dal 1° agosto al 15 settembre di ciascun anno, e riprende a decorrere dalla fine del periodo di sospensione. Ove il decorso abbia inizio durante il periodo di sospensione, l'inizio stesso è differito alla fine di detto periodo.
2. La stessa disposizione si applica per il termine stabilito dall'articolo 201 del codice di procedura penale.
